10.00am	Arrivals and coffee
10.30am	1st Address followed by time for reflection
12.00 Noon	Midday worship or prayers
12.30pm	Lunch (bring your own lunch; soup and hot drinks provided)
2.00pm	2nd Address
3.15pm	Closing worship
3.45/4.00pm	Tea and depart
